'Shaakuntalam' first look reaction!

Ever since the first look of Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s much-awaited film ‘Shaakuntalam’ came out earlier today (21st Feb 2021), there have been lots of reactions on social media from Samantha’s friends, fans, followers & filmmakers alike.The film is written and directed by Gunasekhar and produced by his wife Neelima Guna under their banner ‘Gunaa Teamworks’. The film is inspired by a popular Sanskrit play ‘Shakuntalam’ written by Kalidasa. The film’s entire cast costumes were designed by National award-winning costume designer Neeta Lulla in a simple yet ethereal and demure way, thus making them perfect for the role of ‘Shakuntalam’.
